Location: Kraków (hybrid model – 5 days/month onsite)
Rate: 180–230 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)

About the project:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join an international team building a new, strategic platform for the Treasury department of a global financial institution. The initiative is part of a major transformation program aimed at consolidating legacy systems and onboarding new use cases into a modern, scalable architecture.
The platform will support key financial metrics such as Net Interest Income, Daily Gap, and RWA, and will be based on components like FLEX (data ingestion & processing) and MEX (model execution platform). It will integrate with trusted data sources such as FOTC/FCDP, RADAR, TM1, and Polaris.
Your responsibilities:

Join a rapid development pod to accelerate onboarding of new use cases

Support and mentor less experienced developers in platform architecture and methodology

Work across pods to help unblock teams and boost delivery

Contribute to high-level solution design and simplify integration of use cases

Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders
Must-have skills:

5+ years of commercial experience as a Java Developer

Strong knowledge of microservices architecture

Experience with Kubernetes deployments

Familiarity with:

Apache Flink

Apache Airflow

PostgreSQL

Clickhouse

Nice-to-have skills:

Experience with message queues: Kafka or Google Pub/Sub

Basic Python skills

Knowledge of access/entitlement management systems (e.g., OPAS)
