Responsibilities

Managing fund accounting operations for Private Capital / Alternative Investment Funds, with a strong focus on the liabilities side.

Analyzing, booking, and reconciling cash movements, capital calls, distributions, intercompany transactions, management fees, carried interest, and other investor-related transactions.

Actively participating in and coordinating the NAV calculation process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal procedures and deadlines.

Reviewing and reconciling transactions against supporting documentation and schedules, ensuring proper audit trail and data quality.

Preparing and delivering financial reports and investor-related statements in line with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Supporting process improvements and operational controls, including participation in system enhancements and workflow optimizations.

Cooperating closely with internal stakeholders and international teams (e.g. Luxembourg), responding to ad-hoc requests and reporting needs.

Supporting junior team members through knowledge sharing and daily cooperation.
Requirements

Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Fund Accounting, preferably within Private Capital / Alternative Funds, with exposure to liabilities (capital accounts, investor transactions).

Hands-on experience with NAV calculation – mandatory.

Good understanding of capital markets and alternative investment structures.

Knowledge of accounting principles and fund accounting regulations.

Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and client-focused mindset.

Ability to work under deadlines in a dynamic, transaction-driven environment.

Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1).

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.

Proactivity and willingness to further develop within fund accounting.
