-
-
Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling and best practices
-
A generalist mindset with the ability to solve complex problems across domains
-
Strong communication and influencing skills — technical and non-technical audiences alike
-
Ability to work independently, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver tangible results
-
Passion for developer experience, engineering quality, and DevOps culture
Nice to have:

-
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
-
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
-
Background in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare)

What we offer:

A collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and improvement
-
High-impact projects at scale
-
Flexibility in work style and location (hybrid or remote)
-
Competitive compensation and long-term engagement
-
