About the Client

Our client is a global organization providing modern IT and financial-accounting services for the insurance sector. The company operates in an international model and is strongly focused on long-term employee development and technological innovation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing accounting processes for insurance products in line with international standards and internal procedures.

  • Regular collaboration with operational and financial teams across different countries.

  • Analyzing and reconciling financial data within accounting systems.

  • Handling settlements and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Identifying areas for process improvement and participating in optimization initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and a good command of English.

  • Familiarity with IFRS 17, GHB standards, and Solvency II directive.

  • Experience in accounting, ideally within the insurance or financial sector.

  • Ability to work with large datasets and a strong analytical approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
