Your Responsibilities 

As an IT Outsourcing Risk Management Correspondent, you will support the implementation and governance of outsourcing risk frameworks within the IT perimeter, ensuring alignment with European regulations and internal policies. 

Key duties include: 

  • Acting as the main point of contact for outsourcing topics within IT 

  • Supporting IT business owners during risk assessment and outsourcing lifecycle 

  • Coordinating and monitoring outsourcing arrangements, both intragroup and external 

  • Ensuring consistent application of outsourcing governance policies 

  • Participating in internal committees (e.g. Pre-NAC, NAC, outsourcing committees) 

  • Maintaining and updating the outsourcing arrangements register 

  • Collaborating with risk, legal, and other stakeholders 

  • Supporting the implementation of governance, documentation, and reporting standards 

  • Contributing to concentration risk analysis 

You’ll also take part in regular team and governance meetings, including steering committees and town halls. 

 

Requirements 

Must-haves: 

  • Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or IT Risk 

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in risk management or project/change management 

  • Good understanding of IT processes and risk frameworks 

  • Strong Excel skills 

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) 

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities 

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving approach 

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and self-driven 

Nice-to-have: 

  • Previous experience in asset management or management consulting 

  • Familiarity with vendor risk assessments
