We’re Hiring: Junior Accounts Payable Accountant
Kickstart your finance career with us! We are looking for a proactive Junior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our AP Finance team and help keep our supplier processes running smoothly.
Your Role:

Process vendor invoices and credit notes accurately in SAP

Support clearing of invoice backlogs and resolve basic AP issues

Review and resolve blocked invoices to ensure timely payments
-
Respond to vendor inquiries and internal requests (via ServiceNow/email)
-
Perform basic vendor reconciliations and follow up on open items

Assist with compliance to internal accounting policies

Report simple system issues to IT support
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Up to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or SSC environment

Basic knowledge of SAP (experience with VIM, Coupa, ServiceNow is a plus)

Good English skills (minimum B2)

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
