Junior AP & Vendor Support Specialist | German Speaker
Your responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and purchase orders

Resolve vendor queries in a timely and professional manner

Support the processing and follow-up of supplier invoices

Investigate and clear debit balances and duplicate payments

Assist with urgent payment requests and ad-hoc issues

Review supplier account statements and support reconciliation activities

Cooperate with internal departments such as Procurement, AP, and Finance

Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
We are looking for:
- Very good command of English and German (spoken and written)

Additional European language is a plus

Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role

Basic understanding of Accounts Payable would be an advantage

Knowledge of SAP and financial/procurement processes is a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
