Legal Specialist with German
For our client - a multinational company providing high-quality services in the field of legal assistance, claims settlement, and call center, we are looking for a Legal Specialist with knowledge of German and English located in Poland
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of recourse cases
- Communication with insurance companies in Germany orally and in writing
- Analyzing documentation in terms of recognizing or not recognizing recourse claims
- Developing and preparing letters in these cases
- Monitoring and reporting the status of case preparation
Requirements:
- Higher education, knowledge of German law is preffered
- C1 level of German
- B2 level of English
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Meticulousness, accuracy
