Our Client is a leading global financial institution committed to delivering exceptional banking services worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Modeling Specialist to join our Client's growing Credit Risk Modeling team.
Liquidity & Regulatory Reporting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review key liquidity reports (LCR, NSFR, PRA 110, AMM, ALCO packs, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory reporting standards, including Basel III framework.
- Liaise with global stakeholders to collect and validate data inputs.
- Implement new reporting requirements based on group guidelines.
- Maintain strong reconciliation and validation controls to ensure data accuracy.
- Align reporting practices with global liquidity teams and standardized processes.
- Support transitions of activities based on the Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Provide guidance and documentation for consolidation processes and reporting methodologies.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in financial reporting, accounting, or financial analysis within IFRS/IAS frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet and regulatory reporting standards (e.g., LCR, NSFR).
- Hands-on experience in Product Control or regulatory reporting processes.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments and their impact on banking operations.
- Proven analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in process development, documentation, and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly across global teams.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across different regions and seniority levels.
- Familiarity with FoTC (Front Office to Control) processes is a plus.
- Experience managing service delivery of global finance processes is an advantage.
