We are currently conducting a recruitment process on behalf of our client, a prestigious law firm based in Warsaw, and are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and advice in complex litigation cases.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of legal disputes, including case strategy, document preparation, and court appearances.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Law.
- Possession of professional qualifications as an attorney-at-law or legal advisor (passed the bar exam).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation, gained at a reputable law firm.
- Strong understanding of civil and commercial law, with a proven track record in managing complex legal disputes.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
