🌍 Master Data Manager – Material Management
📍 Location: [Katowice, Poland] | 🕘 Full-time | 🏢 Hybrid (3 days per week from the office)
Are you ready to shape how data drives success in a dynamic, international environment? We are looking for a Master Data Manager with a strong focus on Material Management, who will take full ownership of setting up and optimizing master data processes within our organization.
🔍 What will you do?

Define, implement, and continuously improve all Master Data processes in the Material Management domain

Lead and mentor a small team (1–2 people)

Act as the key driver of data-related initiatives in collaboration with the SSC Head and Executive Management

Propose and present solutions, process improvements, and strategies to senior stakeholders

Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements (e.g., IATF 16949 if applicable)

Cooperate with global teams to align local and international data processes
✅ What are we looking for?

Proven experience in Master Data Management, particularly in the Material Management domain

Strong knowledge of SAP and data governance best practices

Experience in setting up and leading MDM-related processes from scratch

Leadership skills and experience managing small teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills—you’ll be working closely with executives

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach

Fluent in English; German is a plus

Experience working in international environments
