Medical Advisor / Medical Affairs Specialist (K/M)

Warsaw | Hybrid (4 days in the office)

For our international pharmaceutical client, we are currently looking for a Medical Advisor / Medical Affairs Specialist to join the Medical team in Warsaw.

This role offers a great opportunity for candidates with Medical Affairs/Medical Advisor experience or Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) who would like to transition into a strategic, office-based Medical role.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Medical Affairs strategy in Poland and selected regional markets

  • Provide medical review and approval of marketing and educational materials

  • Deliver scientific expertise and evidence-based communication to internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), HCPs and patient organizations

  • Participate in congresses, advisory boards and expert meetings

  • Conduct literature reviews and congress follow-ups aligned with Global Medical strategy

  • Provide scientific training for internal teams

  • Respond to medical inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

  • Support local Pharmacovigilance activities in collaboration with the Global PV team

We are looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience in Medical Affairs or as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL)
  • Scientific degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or similar)
  • Strong understanding of medical compliance and governance
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Availability to work from the Warsaw office 4 days per week
