Medical Advisor / Medical Affairs Specialist (K/M)
Warsaw | Hybrid (4 days in the office)
For our international pharmaceutical client, we are currently looking for a Medical Advisor / Medical Affairs Specialist to join the Medical team in Warsaw.
This role offers a great opportunity for candidates with Medical Affairs/Medical Advisor experience or Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) who would like to transition into a strategic, office-based Medical role.
Your responsibilities

Support the execution of the Medical Affairs strategy in Poland and selected regional markets

Provide medical review and approval of marketing and educational materials

Deliver scientific expertise and evidence-based communication to internal teams and external stakeholders

Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), HCPs and patient organizations

Participate in congresses, advisory boards and expert meetings

Conduct literature reviews and congress follow-ups aligned with Global Medical strategy

Provide scientific training for internal teams

Respond to medical inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

Support local Pharmacovigilance activities in collaboration with the Global PV team
We are looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in Medical Affairs or as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL)
- Scientific degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or similar)
- Strong understanding of medical compliance and governance
- Fluent English and Polish
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Availability to work from the Warsaw office 4 days per week
