Job description:

  • Organize and oversee logistics for international events, trainings, and meetings, including booking travel, accommodations, and venues, managing registrations, and communication with participants.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial team members, organizers of meetings and trainings, and external agencies to gain insights into the necessary steps for individual events.
  • Manage purchase order processing and invoice tracking, ensuring timely payments and monitoring invoice statuses.
  • Assist in tracking spending and budget management.
  • Carry out various administrative and marketing tasks, including maintaining business-related files and databases, managing supply orders, handling requests for demos and brochures, overseeing shipping and storage, and organizing digital materials.
  • Provide assistance in internal and external audit preparations and support.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role related to organizing and administering events and meetings in an international environment (preferably in the medical industry).
  • Fluent English.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
