New Business Senior Manager / Growth Senior Manager

Role Overview

The New Business Senior Manager (Growth Senior Manager) is a high-impact, generalist role within a structured leadership acceleration program designed for individuals with strong growth potential and a passion for building, launching, and scaling new business lines or entering new markets.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic, startup or scale-up environments, where priorities evolve quickly and success depends on strong cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Fast Track Development Path (18 Months)

During the program, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate initiatives across key business areas, including governance, finance, sales, and new business development.

  • Take ownership of growth-driving projects from ideation through execution, across both established and emerging business areas.

  • Act as a “business builder,” quickly adapting to changing priorities and identifying new growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and market entries.

  • Gain exposure to senior-level decision-making and strategic planning processes.

  • Participate in rotational assignments providing a broad, end-to-end view of business development, innovation, and operational excellence.

  • Receive ongoing mentorship from senior leaders and take part in regular performance and development reviews.

Target Outcome After 18 Months

Readiness to step into a senior role in business development, growth, or new ventures, supported by a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Experience in organizations developing new business lines or entering new markets, ideally within startup, scale-up, or innovation-driven environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and perform effectively amid changing responsibilities and priorities.

  • Exposure to areas such as governance, finance, sales, and/or business development.

Skills & Competencies

  • High mobility and openness to international assignments.

  • Fluency in English (minimum C1).

  • Strong learning agility and motivation for multifunctional and international career paths.
