 Chat Support Specialist (Bulgarian, German, or Dutch)

 

We are looking for a Live Operations Customer Service Advisor to join the Live Operations team, supporting couriers in real time. You will help couriers handle unexpected situations and ensure orders are picked up and delivered as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You will communicate closely with couriers, track deliveries, and make quick, effective decisions to keep operations running and customers satisfied.

 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Support couriers via chat (primary channel) in real-time operational situations
  • Track deliveries and schedules to help optimize delivery times
  • Follow the automated order distribution system
  • Communicate with customers in exceptional cases
  • Collaborate with the team, sharing ideas and best practices
  • Take ownership of issues and resolve them with a practical, solution-oriented mindset

 

Requirements:

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian, German, or Dutch
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and resilience under pressure
  • Confidence in working with multiple systems simultaneously
  • Proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
