Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our Client's team in Kraków. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Delivery Head, project/program managers, and business managers in achieving support objectives across various domains, including Financials, Project Reporting, Human Resources, Vendor Management, and Communications. Your responsibilities will include collecting data, defining metrics, performing ad-hoc analyses, and producing Management Information (MI) reports. You will concentrate on deliverables such as Recruitment, Financials, Reporting, Logistics, and Communications, aiming to provide a professional service to both the global project team and the local management team. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in the information provided will be crucial. Additional responsibilities will involve process and efficiency improvements, and collaborating with the Project Manager and Delivery Head on projects as needed.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in dealing with global teams across multiple locations being advantageous.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Proactive with exceptional problem-solving and user support skills, maintaining a strong focus on customer service and high-quality work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Ability to deconstruct complex problems and convey them clearly to both senior management and operational staff, ideally proposing viable solutions.
- Solid understanding of GPDM, Pioneer, Discover, Clarity, and other emerging Technology and Financial Management Information Systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholders effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proficiency in Python or Excel VBA and MS Office PowerPoint is an advantage.
