PMO Manager – GBS Transformation
The Role
We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to support a large Global Business Services (GBS) transformation programme. This role sits within the central PMO and will help ensure the programme runs with strong governance, clear reporting and effective coordination across multiple workstreams.
The role would suit someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can bring structure to complex programmes and is confident working with a wide range of stakeholders. You will support programme leadership by ensuring progress is tracked, risks are managed and programme standards are consistently applied.
Key Responsibilities

Support governance and delivery across a complex GBS transformation programme

Produce and maintain programme reporting, including progress tracking and status updates

Track risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery

Ensure workstreams follow agreed frameworks, milestones and transition plans

Maintain programme documentation, controls and reporting cadence

Support programme meetings, steering committees and other governance forums
Experience Required

Experience working in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment

Exposure to GBS transitions and operational delivery

Proven PMO experience supporting large transformation programmes

Experience working across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
