Job Title: Polymer Processing Technician
Job Summary:
As a Polymer Processing Technician, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of polymer processing lines, focusing primarily on Injection Moulding. Your expertise in understanding processing characteristics and parameters across a broad spectrum of polymer materials will be crucial. Collaboration with key stakeholders such as the Production Manager, Technical Manager, Shift Manager, Team Leaders, Quality, and Toolroom personnel is essential for maintaining high standards of quality and operational efficiency. The role requires self-motivation and strict adherence to Quality & Safety regulations, including a willingness to work in a 4-cycle shift system.
Qualifications & Key Attributes:
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in plastic molding.
- Completion of a Polymer Technology Apprenticeship qualification or equivalent is highly advantageous.
- A degree in Polymer Technology is highly beneficial.
