Product Design Lead
As the leader of our Digital Experience and Design team, you will play a crucial role in establishing this creative department as a core hub of digital design excellence. Operating seamlessly across the entire client journey, from public-facing websites to trading platforms and beyond, your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end management.

Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, marketing, business management or any equivalent combination of education
- Proven experience in a leadership role within product design
- Experience in an international enviroment
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, user experience, and emerging trends in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive design excellence, creativity, and innovation.
- Proficiency in design tools
- Fluent English
