To be successful in this role, you should have:
Project Management Expertise
Strong experience in delivering projects within technology, risk, or compliance
environments, ideally in a regulated industry.
Stakeholder Management
Proven ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including risk,
technology, and leadership teams.
Delivery Focus
A track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion,
ensuring alignment with objectives and risk frameworks.
Methodologies & Tools
Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods, alongside tools
such as Jira, Confluence.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making
Ability to assess risks, identify mitigation strategies, and drive informed decisionmaking.
Communication & Reporting
Strong communication skills, with experience in reporting project progress, risks, and
control effectiveness to senior stakeholders.
