Project Manager - PtP, OtC or RtR
The Role: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with hands-on experience in O2C, P2P, R2R processes, ideally in Shared Services, GBS, or BPO environments. You’ll lead complex projects, drive delivery excellence, manage client relationships, and ensure governance and quality across all project milestones. Consultancy experience is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, mobilise, and deliver projects end-to-end.
- Prepare Project Initiation Documents (PID) and maintain compliance with commercial frameworks.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with clients, functional teams, and vendors to deliver solutions.
- Quality assure deliverables, secure client approvals, and support billing processes.
- Lead steering forums and client governance activities.
- Support business development opportunities across client enterprises.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in O2C, P2P, R2R, Shared Services, GBS, or BPO projects.
- Certified in one or more project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.
