PtP Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage daily operations of PtP Tower within SSC, ,
- Overall responsibility for quality delivery of PtP process
- Ensure Team meets set key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as a point of escalation
- Drive PtP process standardization, optimization and automation across Division
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across PtP process
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, tax regulations, and external audit requirements
- Maintain vendor master data governance and ensure integrity of supplier records.
- Support SSC transformation projects, including ERP transitions, workflow tools and process reengineering initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and metrics to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University degree in economics /finance or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in managing PtP departments as Operation Manager
- In-depth knowledge of PtP processes and SSC/BPO operations
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and change management
- Experience in cross-function collaboration
- Practical experience in working with ERPs, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Team leadership experience
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
