What you will do:
- orders processing and monitoring the whole procurement process
- processing of documents in SAP, updating source lists
- creating and closing of purchase orders, following rules and regulations
- monitoring of delivery deadlines
- clarifying discrepancies
- acting as a point of contact for suppliers in terms of complaints
- improving the process when needed
Who you are:
- University degree (BA)
- previous experience in similar position or strong willingness to develop in Procurement
- Hungarian language - min. B2
- English language - min. B2
- knowledge of SAP will be a plus
- ability to cooperate effectively with stakeholders
- experience in transition of corporate process will be a plus
- problem-solving and analytical mindset
