We are seeking a Regional/Group Quality Manager for our customer, a leading player in the automotive industry. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing quality across 10-11 plants in 5 countries. Frequent travel is an integral part of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of quality management across multiple plants to ensure alignment with company and customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with OEMs to uphold and enhance product quality standards.
- Implement and improve quality systems and processes across the group.
- Lead, mentor, and support local quality teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong automotive background, with proven experience working with OEMs.
- Fluency in German (very good), English (good), and native proficiency in Polish or Czech.
- Previous experience in a regional or multi-site quality management position.
- A proven track record of driving quality improvements in a complex, multi-country environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and coordinate diverse teams.
