Position Summary

The Quality & EHS System Engineer is in charge of creating and maintaining an efficient Integrated Management System (IMS) that guarantees adherence to relevant regulations and standards. Through stakeholder coordination, system governance, and ongoing improvement initiatives, the position enhances organizational performance. Additionally, it fosters a strong culture of environmental responsibility, occupational health and safety, and quality throughout day-to-day operations.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

· Establish, implement, and maintain the company's IMS (Integrated Management System) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

· Administer all environmental related matters: BDO, Kobize, chemical registration

· Create, review, and maintain system-level documentation (procedures, instructions, forms).

· Plan, organize, conduct, and report on internal audits and management reviews.

· Initiate and track corrective and preventive actions.

· Communicate with certification bodies, regulatory agencies, customers, and auditors.

· Provide training on quality, environment, and occupational health and safety.

· Identify risks and opportunities in the IMS (Integrated Management System), and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.

· Prepare system performance reports (e.g., audit summary, management review input).

· Ensure fire protection and OHS compliance in daily activities.

 

 

 

What do we require?

· At least 2–3 years of experience in quality system management, internal auditing, or IMS (Integrated Management System) operation in manufacturing enterprises.

· Not mandatory, but ability to independently manage tasks and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders is essential.

· Experience in manufacturing industries is required; familiarity with metal materials (e.g., copper, aluminum, steel) is preferred.

· Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001.

· Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001 (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 preferred).

· Familiarity with IATF16949 is a plus.

· Solid understanding of CAPA, document control, audit processes, and IMS (Integrated Management System).

· Quality knowledge is a secondary aspect.

· Experience with quality tools (FMEA, 5Why, PDCA, 8D, etc.).

· Experience in the implementation of systems.
