Responsibilities:
- Assign scope, lead, manage, coach and develop the financial/accounting controllers’ team in the region
- Work closely with R2R Lead on further process improvements
- Make sure the correctness, completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the month close process
- Make sure the company accounts are with accordance with procedures and reporting guidelines and all critical R2R processes are executed in a timely manner
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure financial records are accurate and completed on time
- Close collaboration with GL and Retail Accounting Team Leaders
- Overlooking for the group and statutory financial statements and tax compliance with collaboration with external and internal providers
- Coordination of the timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Coordination of the external and internal audits processes
- Making sure R2R in control and compliance requirements are adhered to
- Supporting Business Controlling function in Budgeting and Forecasting processes
Who you are:
- master degree in Finance/Accounting
- Fluency in English
- proven track record in managing a team in RtR/GL
- working experience with SAP or similar
