Sales Support Analyst with Romanian
You will be interacting with customers, company sales and service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about company’s products or services.
Here are some of the responsibilities
- Effectively collaborating with the Sales Team
- Extracting customer databases from internal applications
- Contract management: assisting in the preparation of various types of contracts for clients or distributors
- End-to-end purchase order (PO) generation and administration, including approvals and follow-up
- Fulfilling ad hoc requests from the sales team
- Monitoring the implementation status of various sales activities
- Maintaining and updating data and conducting data analysis as per business needs
- Providing tracking and monitoring on key performance indicators (KPIs)
