We are seeking an experienced SAP S4HANA Consultant to join our team for a Greenfield Implementation, Rollout, and Support project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO SD with localization expertise in Romania or Serbia.

Position: SAP S4HANA Consultant
Location: Poland, remote work
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Greenfield Implementation, Rollout, and Support in SAP S4HANA / SAP FICO SD.
- Possess strong knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Asset Accounting, and Tax.
- Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems for seamless integration, including SAP FI-MM and FI-SD.
- Manage Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
- Set up financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Analyze and improve business processes.
- Perform configuration, testing, support, rollout, and user training.
- Document configuration, Functional Specifications, WRICEF, etc.
- Communicate with business partners to gather business requirements.
- Understand business requirements and incidents.
- Validate any changes in customization.
- Provide training to end-users.
- Resolve day-to-day queries of end-users.
- Enhance SAP for end-users based on requirements.
- Conduct new CR and requirement analysis.
- Transform business requirements into functional specifications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in SAP S4HANA Greenfield implementation and rollout projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to gather business requirements.
- Ability to provide training and support to end-users.
- Experience in financial accounting and controlling processes.
