Your Responsibilities:
- Entering and reconciling bank transactions
- Clearing open positions in accounts receivables
- Handling prepayments and credit card transaction allocations
- Resolving any enquiries related to AR area
- Recording fixed asset transactions
- Generating monthly financial reports
- Preparing documentation for audit and tax purposes
- Assisting with global finance optimization projects as needed
Our Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience in an AR department
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
