You will join one of the most famous italian scale ups, currently working on a AAA open world survival game for PC/Consoles. The position is full remote from EU with B2B contract, long term cooperation.
Key Qualifications:
► Strong passion for making and playing games;
► Previous experience in the video game industry as Combat Designer;
► Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
► Solid knowledge of scripting;
► Ability to iterate and implement quickly without sacrificing quality;
► Knowledge of the game production pipeline;
► Extreme attention to detail;
► Knowledge of Modern Combat techniques;
► Actively seeking feedback to improve work while also providing guidance and feedback to peers;
► Ability to adapt and cope with change as the production of the project demands;
► Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Requirements for the position:
► Work closely with Design Leadership to design, implement and polish compelling combat experiences;
► Iterate, polish and balance player combat;
► Work within an established creative guideline to implement character behaviour that fits the game’s vision;
► Create compelling and balanced combat worthy of the top game;
► Create Design documentation with stats and rules of the Combat System for its implementation by the Team.
