For our client an international company located in Warsaw currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Senior HR Support Specialist with German
What you’ll do:

Serve as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing support with professionalism and clarity while contributing to a smooth employee experience.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance system usage, including supporting purchase order management and vendor interactions.

Assist in preparing documents and communications in German related to employee assignments and mobility cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

Collaborate across teams to analyse trends, share best practices, and drive initiatives that improve overall HR services.
Your profile:

Solid understanding of HR operations and experience with ticketing or service request systems.

Fluent in English and German (C1 or above).

Strong service orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a multicultural setting.

Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Interest in vendor collaboration and process improvement.

Bonus: experience with process optimization methodologies (Lean, Agile, Scrum).
