Responsibilities:

  • Playing a key role in month-end closing processes, forecasting, and providing support for budgeting within the production cost sector.
  • Monitoring and evaluating financial and non-financial KPIs throughout the supply chain for all production sites.
  • Conducting deviation analysis in the production cost area.
  • Carrying out TWC analysis related to plant activities.
  • Conducting financial analysis to assist in standardization and harmonization projects across various plants.
  • Leading harmonization projects and initiating further development of controlling systems.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses as needed.
  • Designing and managing templates for use within the production units.
  • Overseeing the financial management and control of plant structures.
  • Continuous partnering with plant managers and the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in finance, economics, controlling, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or production controlling roles (minimum of 3 years is acceptable).
  • A deep understanding of financial processes in the industrial environment and the ability to interpret financial data in a business context.
  • Knowledge of financial processes in the industry and the business understanding behind financial numbers.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English (German would be an added advantage).
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a results-driven attitude.
  • Proactive, independent working style and readiness to learn complex business models and systems.
  • Target-oriented, team-capable, and strong communication skills.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferable experience working with SAP-BW and TM1.
