We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Railway Design Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the design and development of a landmark high-speed rail infrastructure project. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to one of the most ambitious transportation initiatives in the region, involving state-of-the-art high-speed rail systems, complex tunnel networks, and large-scale railway stations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and engineering of high-speed railway systems, including alignment, tunnels, and station infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with international railway standards and best practices, such as UIC, EN, and TSI.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, geotechnical, and systems engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.

Oversee and coordinate detailed design documentation using industry-standard railway design software.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and quality control across all phases of project development.

Participate in stakeholder meetings, technical reviews, and design validation processes.

Support project planning, risk assessments, and technical reporting.
Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in railway infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on high-speed rail.

Proven track record in the design of tunnels, large-scale stations, and complex rail alignments.

Proficient in railway design software such as Bentley Rail Track, OpenRail, or AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Deep understanding of applicable international railway standards (UIC, EN, TSI).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead coordination among various technical teams.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
