We are looking for a Software Business Analyst to join the Warsaw team working on a PCRONE medical device project. You will work in an experienced international environment with people who maintain the highest quality standards.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3–5 years as a Software Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of SDLC systems OS and databases
- Experience with clinical life sciences lab or medical device requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Effective time management and organization
- Skilled in leading meetings and teamwork
- Proactive results-oriented and solution-driven
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
 
Duties: 
- Gather and manage software requirements for medical device applications
- Translate user needs into functional specs with cross-functional teams
- Act as Product Owner: define and prioritize user stories and design artifacts (e.g., wireframes, workflows)
- Support risk analysis, compliance documentation, and test validation
- Collaborate on defect resolution, user support, and technical documentation
-Track progress and communicate risks and updates to project teams and leadership
