Strategical Buyer – Production Field – Direct Procurement
Main responsibilities:
- Creation of procurement strategy for suppliers of production materials
- Searching for new suppliers along the defined strategy, managing the existing supplier base, agreeing on commercial terms and entering them into a contract.
- Conducting negotiations with suppliers, representing the interests of our comapny
- Close cooperation with other departments (technology, quality, finance).
- Optimizing procurement processes in accordance with our corporate goals and the expectations of the global procurement organization.
- Planning, monitoring and ensuring the implementation of procurement-related KPIs.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in procurement in an industrial area
- University education
- Fluent English language skills
- User-level knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team player attitude
- Analytical thinking
- Independent decision-making skills
