Our client is a company from the real estate sector that is creating a new structure/team to expand its business into sectors beyond real estate. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in consulting, an investment boutique, a fund, or an internal strategic/investment team, with at least 2 years of professional experience in this field and a strong desire for further development.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Investment Strategy:
- Develop and manage financial models to assess project viability and long-term profitability
- Research and help secure external funding such as grants and subsidies
- Implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability
- Align financial planning with group’s finance department, ensuring integration with broader company objectives
2. Business Development:
- Create business models and comprehensive business plans to guide new ventures
- Identify market opportunities and conduct risk assessments
3. Project Development & Execution
- Oversee feasibility studies and procurement processes, ensuring smooth execution through coordination with external consultants and technical specialists
- Manage communication between project teams including Company technical
- Managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project finance, investment management, or strategic business development
- Experience with feasibility studies, financial modelling, and securing investment funding
- Experience with structuring RFPs, evaluating bids, and contract negotiation
- Ability to work across technical and financial disciplines, integrating project execution with financial oversight
- Experience with regulatory requirements, contract negotiation, and due diligence
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in both English and Polish is mandatory
- Advanced Excel proficiency and financial modeling software knowledge (e.g., VBA, Power BI, or SQL).
