Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development of inverter system features from concept to final validation.
- Define and manage technical requirements in collaboration with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Ensure system architecture, design, and verification meet quality and industry standards.
- Conduct technical trade-off studies, FMEAs, and design reviews to ensure system robustness.
- Oversee the entire systems engineering process, from requirement elicitation to product delivery.
- Manage change requests and issue resolution related to defined features.
- Work closely with software, hardware, and testing teams to drive implementation.
- Contribute to engineering process improvements and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience in automotive electronics, power electronics, or inverters.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering, requirements management, and embedded systems.
- Hands-on experience with electronics systems, sensors, and actuators.
- Proficiency in technical analysis and problem-solving.
- Fluent in English (French or German is a plus).
- Experience with ASPICE, ISO 26262, FMEA, or system modeling (SysML, MATLAB Simulink).
- Knowledge of requirements management tools (Polarion, DOORS).
- Background in automotive electrical systems or power electronics development.
