About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fund Operations & Transfer Agency Specialist with German to join a cross-functional team responsible for processing investment fund transactions, maintaining investor records, and supporting Asset Management clients.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate fund order execution, client communication, and operational reporting — while developing deep expertise in the fund servicing domain.


Your responsibilities

  • Preparing and sending daily reports (e.g., cash flow forecasts, prediction reports) to portfolio managers to support investment decisions.

  • Booking and validating fund orders with a high degree of accuracy and in line with fund cut-offs.

  • Responding to client and investor queries in English or German under team supervision.

  • Performing process checks to ensure operational accuracy and risk control.

  • Collaborating with team members and participating in internal trainings to develop operational expertise.

  • Identifying and escalating potential risks or process issues to management.


What we’re looking for

  • Fluent English and German (minimum B2 level).

  • Background in finance, economics, or a related field — experience in fund industry is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good command of MS Office tools (especially Excel).

  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

  • Risk awareness and process improvement mindset.
