Transition Manager – SSC / GBS
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead and support Shared Services Center (SSC) / Global Business Services (GBS) transitions across Europe. This is a senior role suited to a professional with strong transition expertise and a solid understanding of shared services environments.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness throughout the transition lifecycle. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to deliver seamless service transitions and ensure operational stability after go-live.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end transition activities within SSC / GBS environments.

Manage stakeholder engagement across client organizations and internal delivery teams.

Develop and execute transition plans, including timelines, governance structures, and reporting.

Identify and manage risks and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation strategies.

Coordinate knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure operational readiness.

Support post-transition stabilization and handover to operations teams.

Travel to client sites across Europe when required.
Required Experience

5–10 years of experience in transition or program management roles.

Proven experience managing SSC / GBS transitions.

Experience transitioning Customer Service or Sales Support functions is strongly preferred.
