Place of work: Budapest: on-site with 1 day home office after probation
What our Client expects from you?
- Intermediate education
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Quick problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently
- English and German B2 or higher level of language proficiency, both spoken and written
- An advantage: Call center experience / IT help desk experience / Experience in logistics experience / Customer service experience / Transitional experience an advantage
What are the daily tasks?
- Establishing good relationships with internal and external partners
- Keeping in touch with designated clients both by phone and e-mail
- Order management from order entry to invoicing within the specified deadlines; preparing credit notes
- Answering general product-related questions, primarily about possible delivery times
- Checking order data with information in the company ERP system
- Updating customer master data (contacts, order updates, etc.)
- Arranging freight primarily with parcel delivery service providers
- Preparing advance request letters and advance invoices
- Receivables management (continuous follow-up and reminders to customers)
- Complaint and return handling
- Supporting company goals by achieving the goals assigned to the department
- Preparing long-term supplier statements
- Performing other tasks as instructed by the managing director or direct superior
