Job Title: Proposal & Content Specialist (RFP Analyst)
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Department: Global Proposal Management Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and related materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and client-focused documentation.
- Enhance the RFP production process and improve document quality to support commercial objectives.
- Manage and update content databases, including automation templates for recurring requests.
- Contribute to process improvement projects and handle ad hoc responsibilities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in RFPs within financial services, preferably asset management.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages (e.g., French or German) are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience.
