🌐 About the Project

Global Banking and Commercial Banking have selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 as their core CRM platform and are rolling it out across ~60 countries. This is a high-impact, enterprise-level transformation initiative designed to modernize and unify customer engagement across global markets.

We're looking for a Business Analyst – MS Dynamics 365 to join the program team. If you're passionate about delivering CRM solutions, understand business process optimization, and thrive in international and enterprise environments—this is the role for you.


🧩 Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, improve processes, and ensure the successful configuration and adoption of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all stages of solution implementation: business analysis, requirement gathering, testing, training, and deployment

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and translate them into clear system requirements

  • Analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities using Dynamics 365 capabilities

  • Support configuration and customization of D365 to meet business needs and compliance requirements

  • Leverage the Microsoft technology and ALM stack (e.g., Power Platform, Azure DevOps/VSTS)

  • Lead or support workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Document business processes, requirements, configurations, and user guides

  • Provide post-go-live support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives


What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or CRM-focused business analysis

  • Minimum 3 full lifecycle D365 CRM projects

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • CRM and sales process workflows

    • Microsoft technology stack & application lifecycle management (ALM)

    • Business and functional requirements gathering

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Azure DevOps / VSTS / TFS for tracking requirements and delivery

    • PowerApps and Power Platform components

  • Strong skills in documentation, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement

Mindset & Soft Skills:

  • Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented

  • Able to manage priorities and work independently

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional, globally distributed team

  • High-quality documentation and deliverable creation

  • Commitment to client value and long-term success

Certifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) strongly preferred or in progress
