Chief Accountant - SSC Manager

As the Chief Accountant - SSC Manager, you will ensure smooth and compliant operations across accounting, payroll, administration, and internal control systems for the Group. You will lead the SSC team to provide high-quality accounting and administrative services for international entities within the Group, with a focus on efficient management reporting and adherence to tax regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tasks arising from contracts with Group companies.
  • Recruit, lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve set objectives, KPIs, and SLAs, ensuring effective performance and task execution across the organization.
  • Organize accounting and financial reporting structures.
  • Ensure the legality, accuracy, and integrity of economic operations and related documents.
  • Supervise the document flow for accounting purposes.
  • Monitor and oversee accounting tasks across the organization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial, tax, and statistical reports in line with legal standards.
  • Lead budget planning and implementation of financial strategies.
  • Communicate with key representatives in regional and international units, representing the SSC in discussions with major business partners and external contractors.
  • Propose and implement organizational and system improvements based on evolving legal, client, and institutional requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company's Compliance Program, including oversight of irregularity resolution and adherence by team members.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Chief Accountant in a production company
  • Strong managerial skills to lead a diverse team and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of finance and tax regulations and SSC operations.
  • Book-keeping certification required
