Mid/Senior Client Support Specialist with Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Norwegian or Swedish

Due to the expansion of our client's operations in Krakow, we are looking for professionals with fluent knowledge of Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German, Swedish or Norwegian languages to join the Client Support department

Responsibilities:

  • Providing front-line support to our clients via different channels of communication

  • Answering queries from our client base on all of our products, platforms, and accounts

  • Resolving trade queries and disputes

  • Providing clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages

  • Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks

  • Participating in and running various local and international projects or initiatives

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German, Swedish - C1
  • Fluency in English - B2/C1

  • Previous experience in customer support environment/contact with clients

  • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Literacy in MS Office
