COMMERCIAL TECHNICIAN

for Poland


 

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced sales specialist responsible for developing and rebuilding the Polish market after the termination of cooperation with the previous distributor. The key focus areas include sales in the following sectors: trade (locksmiths, hardware stores), DIY, and door manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively expanding the customer base and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Preparing sales offers and commercial arguments
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis
  • Promoting products to key decision-makers, including architects and construction companies
  • Providing training for customers
  • Searching for and recruiting agents and/or distributors

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5–10 years of proven experience in the sector
  • Valuable experience as a sales representative in the locksmith industry
  • Alternatively, experience in hardware, industrial supplies, or similar sectors
  • Background in commercial environments with a broad product catalog

Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Export Manager and General Manager.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (B2–C1 level) required
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage (useful for communication within the group)
