Customer Service Specialist with German

Responsibilities:
- Daily contact with the customer regarding overdue payments (by phone and e-mail)
- Offering customers the best solutions
- Updating customers’ data in the system
- Creating reports and notes from conversations with customers
- Introducing process improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in the customer service area
- Experience in the debt collection department will be an asset
- Fluent knowledge of German (min. C1)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B1)
- University degree (bachelor/master)
- Communicative, goal-oriented, teamwork, attention to detail, problem-Solving Skills
- Openness for onboarding in the office in Warsaw (6 weeks), then work from the office 1 day a week
