Responsibilities:
- daily contact with intenal and external clients
- processing transactions and queries in SAP
- taking care and monitoring the delivery time of customers' orders
- cooperation with other departments in order-to-cash process-related issues
- ensuring high quality of customer service
Requirements:
- knowledge of languages: German and English, both on B2 level
- strong customer orientation and communication skills
- good MS Office skills
- SAP knowledge is an advantage, but is not necessary
- previous customer-related experience will be a plus
- good problem-solving skills
