Customer Support Specialist with German - remotely
For our client - an international company that provides travel management service, we are looking for Customer Support Specialist with German and English to work completely remotely
Your responsibilities:
- Daily contact with the customer by telephone and mail
- Travel consultancy through system
- Assisting travelers during unexpected travel difficulties
- After-sales service of customer inquiries, e.g. cancellations, complaints
- Introducing process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in the customer service area (min. 1 year)
- Fluent knowledge of German (min. C1)
- English min. B2
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
