position: Direct to Consumer Subject Matter Expert
Invoice to Cash department
location: Cracow
Hybrid/remote
Responsibilities:
- implementation of SAP 4 HANA and new payment method
- shaping Direct to Consumer accounting process and optimization
- promoting best practices within the process
- close cooperation with AR/D2C team
- leading projects
- cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
- seeking for improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- experience in AR department and good understanding of the process (min. 3 years)
- experience in Direct to Consumer business
- experience in system implementation (SAP 4 HANA preferable)
- Fluency in English
- open mind and continuous improvement mindset
- excellent communication skills and ability to build good business relations with stakeholders
