Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Lead Engagement:

  • Execute digital sales growth initiatives via email, social media, paid ads, webinars, and more

  • Design and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

  • Develop customer journey flows to nurture leads, boost engagement, and support retention

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaign timing and goals

Marketing Automation & CRM:

  • Manage marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot (or similar)

  • Integrate campaigns with CRM and customer portals for seamless lead tracking

  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper segmentation for targeted messaging

Content & Channel Management:

  • Create, localize, and maintain digital content including landing pages, visuals, and emails

  • Monitor and improve SEO/SEM performance and manage paid campaigns

  • Work with agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging

  • Support updates to B2B eCommerce content and customer platforms

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Track campaign results, website traffic, and lead conversions

  • Create dashboards and performance reports using tools like Google Analytics or CRM systems

  • Contribute to testing strategies (A/B tests) and continuous performance optimization

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with global marketing, sales, product, and IT teams

  • Share insights and contribute to marketing best practices

  • Support documentation and process improvements

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B environments (e.g. manufacturing, packaging, industrial sectors)

  • Strong understanding of marketing platforms and automation tools

  • Familiarity with eCommerce models and digital lead nurturing

  • Excellent skills in content creation, email marketing, and paid media campaigns

  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analysis capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Fluent English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus

  • Comfortable working in international and remote team settings
